Milot Designs, LLC is an architectural practice focused on residential and small-scale projects throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York.
The work is grounded in proportion, material clarity, and careful attention to context. Drawing from extensive public-sector experience in design, construction oversight, and regulatory review, the practice brings technical rigor and thoughtful execution to each project.
Oli Milot holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Hartford and a Master of Architecture from the University at Buffalo (SUNY). He began his career as a drafter in 2004 and has worked across public and private sectors in roles spanning design, construction, and code compliance.
From 2008 to 2017, he served as a designer with New York State Office of General Services (Design & Construction), followed by work within OGS Real Estate focused on construction management. Since 2022, he has worked with the New York State Education Department as a code reviewer.
Licensed as a Registered Architect in 2021, he currently holds licensure in New York, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Milot Designs, LLC was established in December 2023 as a focused independent practice dedicated to carefully considered architectural work.
The practice welcomes inquiries for new construction, additions, and renovation projects throughout the region.
